- Adam Kurianski
Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Kurianski is the Chief Executive Officer of three HSPA+/LTE operators: AERO2, Mobyland, and CenterNet. From June 2003 till July 2009 he used to be the Chief Technical Officer of  SFERIA S.A. (CDMA2000 operator) and the Management Board Member since February 2007. From April 1997 till June 2003 he was with Nokia Telecommunications Poland holding various positions. Last two years he was a Technical Support Manager for Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia being responsible for GSM/UMTS operators in those countries. In 1995, 1996 and beginning of 1997 he worked as Research Associate at Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan. Mr. Kurianski holds a Ph.D. degree with distinction in Engineering since 1994. 



- Alan Hadden
President
GSA

Alan Hadden has 24 years experience in the mobile communications industry, and has been President of GSA since its formation in 1998.
Previously he was on the senior management team of a PCN/GSM 1800 operator (which became T-Mobile UK), involved in start-up, launch, and expansion phases. He assisted with discussions with key stakeholders and overseas regulators to establish 1800 MHz as a mainstream band for cellular and new mobile businesses. He represented the company at ETSI, the GSM Association and the UMTS Forum. Before that time Alan was Industrial Advisor to the UK communications regulator, working in the mobile communications field and represented views influencing regulation and standardisation at national and international level.



- Beata Bialkowska

Beata Bialkowska is Marketing Director of Cyfrowy Polsat (The leading media group and no. 1 DTH platform in Poland) since June 2009. Her previous professional experience is closely related to the telecommunications sector. In the years 1995 - 2008 she worked in PTK Centertel (Orange Poland), participating in the key projects of the company. In 2005 successfully steered the rebranding process of Idea to Orange. Always strongly connected with the mass market. As a Mass Market Director was responsible for marketing strategy, financial performance (P & L), planning and development of the new growth areas. Graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade at Warsaw School of Economics.



- Claudio Adriani
CTO & VP Product Development

Claudio Adriani has a long-standing experience in the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) industry, where he has been always dealing with innovation and advanced technologies for mission critical solutions and services. Mr. Adriani began his professional career in 1979 joining the Olivetti group at its headquarters in Ivrea, Italy, where he held different positions at corporate and group’s company level, including that of Corporate Technology Strategies Director, Head of System Offer Architecture, Marketing Director and Product Planning Manager for the Networking & Communications offerings. More recently, before joining WiTech, he was also Chief  Technology Officer at  Elitel, an alternative telecom operator in  Italy, Vice President, Solution Development at Unisys, Head of Internet Strategies and New Services & Solutions at Olivetti Tecnost, Chief Technology Officer for a start-up company in the Getronics group, Integration Services Director at Getronics/Wang Global/Olivetti Olsy. Mr. Adriani earned a Degree in Informatics at the University of Pisa, Italy.



- Dominik Libicki
President of the Management Board
Cyfrowy Polsat

Dominik Libicki is the President of the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A., the leading media group on the Polish market. He performs the function of the President of the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat Technology Sp. z o.o. which produces set-top boxes for Cyfrowy Polsat satellite platform. Mr Libicki sits on the Supervisory Board of Telewizja Polsat Sp. z o.o. – the first Polish commercial broadcaster. Since 2005 he has been the Vice-President of the Association of Private Media Employers, incorporated into Polish Confederation of Private Employers "Lewiatan". Mr. Libicki's previous professional experience is mainly related to the television production industry. In the past he was a member and the Vice-President of the Supervisory Board of Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa Sp. z o.o., the largest mobile telephony provider in Poland (the T-Mobile network). Since 1999 till 2011 he also sat on the Supervisory Board of Polskie Media S.A., the broadcaster of two all-Polish channels - TV4 and TV6.



- Igor Sosonkin

Igor graduated at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics in 2004. Then he hired as an engineer for CJSC in Y2005 (3rd GSM operator in Belarus)  and promoted to Radio Network Planning Unit Manager at CJSC BeST in 2008 and Transport Network Division Manager at CJSC BeST in 2010. As of today he works as Network Planning Division Manager at CJSC



- Jaakko Hulkko

Jaakko is the Head of Technology Marketing and Roadmapping in Renesas Mobile Corporation’s Worldwide Marketing and Sales Unit. His current area of work is leading a team responsible of wireless technology strategy and roadmap discussions with mobile operators and network vendors.
 
Jaakko has a 30 year long career in Telecommunications area. Before joining Renesas Mobile Corporation he served 25 years in Nokia in variety of development and management roles in R&D. Jaakko holds M.Sc.EE and Licentiate of Science (Telecommunications) degrees from University of Oulu and is the sole or co-inventor in ten patent families. Jaakko is also a licensed radio amateur, OH8NJ.


- Olivier Brecheteau
Business Development Manager

Olivier Brecheteau has held various engineering, marketing and business development positions in Europe and in the US with a focus on telecommunication industry through major engagements with Asian, European and US players. He is now in charge of business development for ATDI, based in Paris, focusing on north-east Asia, Middle-East and Central Europe. Olivier Brecheteau holds an MSEE from Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble and an exec-MBA from Stanford University



- Samir Madani

As DOVADO co-founder, Samir has been actively engaged in promoting the DOVADO brand in the function of Sales & Marketing since 2004. With a strong technical competence, Samir is also actively corresponding with the general audience and welcoming requirements; some of which find their way into development. Providing prompt support and a proactive firmware development for its product portfolio, DOVADO is recognized today as the leading brand in Sweden amongst retailers as well as mobile operators offering routers which support USB mobile broadband modems for 3G and 4G/LTE. Prior to DOVADO, Samir spent a career in telecom serving the functions of Business Development as well as Customer Support Engineering at Ericsson and the first IP Telephony operator in Europe, Glocalnet.



- Sergio Parolari
Radio Standards Manager
ZTE

Sergio is a Radio Standards Manager in ZTE's Standard Development & Industry Relations department. He represents ZTE in various international standardization committees within 3GPP and ETSI, involved in the definition of LTE and LTE-Advanced technologies. He also supports ZTE product marketing activities for LTE in Europe.
Sergio has 15 years of experience in telecommunication technologies, in R&D and standardization environments. Before joining ZTE in 2010, he has worked for Siemens and then Nokia Siemens Networks covering different positions, starting as System Engineer for the design of algorithms and procedures for mobile networks equipments, then as Standardization Specialist representing his company in different 3GPP standard bodies and finally as Technical Product Manager driving the definition of new products for evolved 3G and LTE wireless systems. Sergio holds a M.Sc. degree in Electronics Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milano.



- Svetlana Skvortsova

Svetlana Skvortsova has started with Tele2 Russia in August 2010 as Strategy and Development Director in charge of the industry analysis, strategy planning and business development. Before that since the graduation from the Moscow Lomonosov State University she worked at LM Ericsson International AB with the responsibility for the new technologies introduction on the Russian market and the  CIS. In 2010 she went through a Program in Executive Business Marketing Strategy at the Kellogg School of Management. In 2006 was awarded Post-Graduate Diploma with Distinction in the Telecommunication Management from the Coventry University Business School covered by the British Council Scholarship. In 2005 as a consultant at the International Telecommunication Union's Strategy and Policy Department co-authored the Annual ITU Report "The Internet of Things".

The Author of ca. 50 articles in the  Russian Telecom Press.



- Udo Muenzberg

At HanseCom he is mainly responsible for sales and marketing of events but also covering the complete organisation of certain selected conferences.



- Uwe Loewenstein

Uwe Löwenstein joined Telefónica back in 1997, when “VIAG Interkom” built up the 4th GSM network in Germany. Based in Munich, he is now responsible for the Telefónica SA activities in terms of spectrum management, frequency coordination and Electro-Magnetic Compatibility (EMC). In addition he supports the Telefónica local operating businesses in their representation towards the national Regulatory Authorities.
To fulfil this task, he is active in various national and international standardisation / spectrum fora within ITU, CEPT, 3GPP and ETSI to support and monitor the development in the areas of mobile technologies and new emerging technologies like cognitive radio, near-field communication and new wireless access (e.g. IMT-Advanced).
As Telefónica representative at ITU-R WP5D (formerly WP8F) and ECC/CEPT PT1 (both responsible for IMT-2000 and IMT-Advanced) he is involved in the follow-up of WRC-07 and preparation of WRC-12.
